SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply when you opt in to receive text messages from Overture Games, Inc. (“Overture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Program Description

Depending on the consent you provide and your relationship with Overture, messages may include class reminders, schedule or location updates, assignment notifications, enrollment and account updates, customer-service messages, and promotional offers. We will not send promotional text messages unless you have provided any consent required by applicable law.

2. Consent

By affirmatively opting in, you authorize Overture and its service providers to send automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Your consent applies only to the program described when you opt in. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will notify us if that number changes.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opting Out and Help

Reply STOP to any Overture text to opt out. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. You may also use another reasonable method that clearly tells us you want messages to stop, including emailing info@overture.games. Reply HELP for help or email us at that address. After opting out, you may opt in again through an Overture consent form or other offered enrollment method.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, consent records, and messaging data. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Changes and Contact

We may modify or discontinue a messaging program and may update these terms. Questions may be sent to info@overture.games. These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service.
