Contact information may include an email address and telephone number.

We may also collect device, browser, log, and usage information when you use our websites or platform. We minimize the information we collect from children and obtain parental consent where required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide and administer programs; create and maintain accounts; process enrollment and payments; coordinate classes; communicate service, safety, scheduling, and account information; respond to inquiries; improve and protect our services; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted and with any required consent, send promotional messages.

3. Text Messaging

If you affirmatively opt in, we may use your mobile number to send text messages described in our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, text-message originator opt-in data, or consent records with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us deliver and administer messages, including Brevo, subject to contractual restrictions, or when required by law.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf, schools and program partners as needed to operate a program, professional advisers, payment and technology providers, and government authorities when legally required. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or personally identifiable student data.

5. Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and any legal, contractual, accounting, or safety obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

6. Your Choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain information, subject to applicable exceptions. Parents and guardians may also request review or deletion of a child’s information where applicable. To stop text messages, reply STOP or contact us. Email preferences may be managed through the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us.
